The Image of God

  • Human beings are unique among God’s creation.

 

  • Human beings are elevated among God’s creation.

 

  • Human beings are created by God in His image as male and female.

 

  • Human beings have been commissioned by God to steward creation.

 

 

IMPLICATIONS

 

  • Every person has God-given value.

 

  • Any one person is more valuable than anything else in creation.

 

  • Both men and women equally bear the image of God.

 

  • Men must think about, see, and treat women biblically.

 

  • Women must think about, see, and treat men biblically.
