The unrighteous judge

• No regard for God or His law
• No respect for humanity
• Was persuaded to administer justice

 

The desperate widow

• Had very little reason to hope
• Had nothing left to lose
• Was persistent

 

 

THE LESSON

 

Always pray and do not lose heart!

 

Why?

 

• God is always consistent.
  • He is perfectly righteous
  • He is perfectly just
  • God cares for His people

 

• We have the ultimate reason to hope!
• We have everything to gain!
